二、干燥机主要特点 |
1.干燥机 整体 ：
单位: 设备设计总长度为12000毫米，总宽度为00毫米，总高度为0毫米； 其驱动采用变频电机无级调速，速度可调范围为2-7米；
玻璃输送采用特氟龙网带，确保玻璃不被划伤； 网带设计有自动偏差校正系统，提高设备运行稳定性； 自动偏差校正采用气动控制，光电感应偏差保护机机械限位保护； 2.干燥单元: 22 干燥段设计为4个区段； 2.干燥单元: 150 温度由固态继电器温控器分4段独立控制；
每个区段设计有八根3千瓦红外中波加热管，以获得更好的干燥效果； 每个加热区段设计有独立循环风机和排风机；
每个区段采用T+T1间歇废气排放模式控制废气排放；
每个加热区段设计为气缸翻盖式，便于设备维护和炉膛清洁。
3.冷却单元:
冷却段设计为2个区段；
每个区段设计有6套高风量轴流风机，风量为350立方英尺/分钟； .
